Overall experience: average
1. In general, staff members are so hospitable. They are polite but hardly see the smile back.
2. Cleanliness can be an issue. Towel used by previous tenant was hanging on the wall.
3. Hand soap was completely empty, for three days I’m staying there, it has not been refilled.

The hotel was very strict with the check in time, we could only check in from 3pm even though I only asked to check in 10 minutes earlier. Otherwise, the room was pretty nice and the view was great

The steam room was very sadly not working. The front receptionist Osman (sp?) was amazing however.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, the bed was good. Coffee in the room could have been a lot better, there’s only freeze dried instant coffee powder, no machine. Go downstairs to get a free coffee instead, but you’ll have to put on clothes unfortunately. The location is fine when it’s dry, but take an umbrella when there’s a chance of rain because it’s just a little too far from the city center. I’m going back there again if the price is right.
