Su confirmación de reserva informa que el check in está abierto hasta las 00. Sin embargo, a las 9:30 ya no hay nadie y nadie contesta al teléfono. Un cartel indica que la r de ración volverá a estar abierta de 9 a 10. Pero de 9 a 10 no hay nadie y cuando cogen el teléfono informan que la recepción no está en el hotel y se niegan a proporcionar hoja de reclamaciones.

Necesito el reembolso de inmediato ya que no tuve el servicio, el hotel NUNCA mando información para tener acceso y hasta el día hoy no contesta. Quiero el reembolso ya que esto parece un fraude

Un sejour sans chauffage, oblige de dormir avec des pulls. Des toiles d'araignees, des traces d'urine seches dans les toilettes, une belle tv avec 180 chaines mais aucunes de fonctionnent, il y a une cuisine mais pas de couvert...

It was a very big space and well located. However, it was not very clean and there was a bad smell all the time.

There was no confirmation of how to enter the flat which a passcode is needed and no one emailed to notify me.
Also I booked for 5 people and there were only 4 beds!
