The apar**ent is very good. It is spacious, clean, new furniture. Good heating. The magnificent location 5 minutes from the cathedral. The best in quality price.

Clean neat and everything that you need for a comfortable stay is there. Only hassle is you have to call them for check in when you first arrive however after that its all easy

We stayed for a total of 4 nights and then another 2 nights.
Our first stay was flawless, from check in to check out, with the room being really good.
For our second stay of 2 nights, the elevator was broken and we were at 5th floor which was not at all comfortable. The person at the reception was kind to help us with our bag.
Also for our second visit, the shower was broken with a leak and we could shower with a very slow flow.
Because the reception is manned only during 3-8, we could not even complain to them about the shower.
Overall it’s a decent place to live, just that because of resource constraints, if you face issues they won’t be resolved quickly.

The hotel was located in the center of Leuven and we had a quiet room. The kitchenette was handy. We found the banking company a little less pleasant, but all in all a very successful stay at Getaway!

This was a great property to stay at and convenient to everything. The lighting in the room could be brighter and my card would not work one day (I had a few issues getting ahold of someone to let me in) but the room was perfect with a little kitchen and lots of space to spread out. Very convenient to train and sites. Great spot that I would recommend.

To say that it is where I stayed when I go to see my daughter in Leuven, I have stayed about 8 times, so there must be something to not look for somewhere else, I have stayed in 3 other Airbnbs and due to location and price now I always choose getaway studios, for comfort and above all location, in the center, and close to everything, 200 meters from the town hall and 300 from the train station
