Hôtel excellemment situé, centre et gare très proches; chambre très spacieuse ; sanitaires modernes ; petit déjeuner buffet copieux; personnel accueillant ; seul bémol, les étages sont très hauts et pas d'ascenseur mais ils vous gardent vos valises au rez-de-chaussée donc pas de soucis car au 3ème étage, pas de bruit.

駅から近く、大変リーズナブルなホテルでした。にも関わらず、朝食も付いており、設備も宿泊するには十分なものでした。
エレベーターがないのは大変でしたが、それ以外は非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。

立地は最高！ルーヴァンの駅前なので鉄道利用にはもってこい。半面、車利用は（パーキングは近いが）駐車場代が高くつく。
エレベーターがはないので、大きな荷物を部屋に運ぶのは苦労しますので覚悟してください。
コスト重視の方、学生やバックパッカー向きです。
朝食は良好でした。

Point positif Est emplacement proche de la gare de train, de la station de bus et du centre ville.
Plusieurs points à améliorer notamment sur le ménage qui n’a pas été fait pendant la totalité de mon séjour, les serviettes pas changées, les drap non plus ( séjour de 10 jours).
Pas de room service possible.
Petit déjeuner limité. Très peu de choix.
Stricte minimum pour la cuisine. Seuls les ustensiles sont mis à disposition, il faut tout acheter soit même. Même les éponges pour la vaisselle.
Brasserie avec terrasse au rez de chaussé de l’immeuble. Impossible d’ouvir les fenêtres sans avoir l’odeur de la fumée de cigarette dans l’appartement qui soit dit en passant est non fumeur.
Personnel serviable mais très réactifs. Panne du four a dû attendre le soir pour être réglée alors que signalée le matin.
Je recommande de mettre en place quelques améliorations en terme de qualité de service.

I wanted somewhere as a base for travelling, I usually stay in Liège but because of the recent news of rail strikes opted for Leuven (bus as an alternative to Bruxelles). My apprehension for staying in Flandres with the language (I don't speak Dutch) dissipated quickly upon arrival at the hotel. I found the staff wonderful. The hotel itself is close to the station and a short walk to the town. My room was on the second floor, no lift but you only carry your suitcase up the stairs once. My room, a single, was a decent size with a separate lavatory and a shower actually in the room: sounds bizarre but the layout works well. Breakfast was a buffet affair and in my opinion very good, considering the price paid. I should add that hot water takes a long time to reach the tap, so long at first I thought there wasn't any hot water at all, the same with the shower.

Usually, we stay at the excellent Park Hotel when we visit Leuven. But their rates seem to have shot up. So we opted for Hotel Industrie instead, for our one night stay. It, like the Park, is close to the station, but on the town side. It is overhead a popular bar/restaurant. The rooms are up a couple of floors and face the street, rather than the square - so it was very quiet at night. It is a one-star hotel per the sign on the door, so it is basic. But it has all the essentials. As well as being very quiet, it was very clean. The WiFi is very fast. And the bed was very comfortable. I got a great night's sleep. Just be aware that the rooms are on the third and fourth floors and there is no lift. The buffet breakfast is really excellent. Great coffee. Hot and cold buffet. Excellent quality fare. Nice staff. Hotel Industrie has now replaced the Park as our go-to hotel in Leuven. We will definitely be back!
