#negative #I was disappointed with the Value for Money, Corridor Soundproofing, Nearby Restaurants, Toiletries, Nearby Shops, Room Size; Very bad hotel. It says online that there is no parking fee, but when we arrived, we still had to pay 28 euros per night. Even though Ctrip customer service coordinated with them to pay, it was still unpleasant. The room is very small, an attic, with a slanted roof and no windows. We stayed for four nights but no cleaning was provided. We had to pay for cleaning, and they said they would only clean once after staying for seven nights. Who can stay for seven nights? ! We finally coordinated to change the bath towels, but still no cleaning. I have been to more than 50 countries, and this is the worst stay experience. I want to show Chinese tourists the real feelings. Don't be fooled! Very very bad apartment

Great hotel. Very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. However, the hotel doesn’t allow check-in before 5pm, which is already quite late compared to its peers. No room service if you stay less than one week therefore the towels don’t get changed and no soap and shampoo top up. Need to clear the trash ourselves at the end of the stay.

For some reason you don't really feel 'welcomed' really - kind of 'get on with it' approach in 'low level English' (which was the least of my concerns - end of the day we are in Paris). Room was OK - but could been fantastic if they paid attention to details - like shower (you can put anything anywhere), corners seems not be cleaned since opening, all lights don't work, marks (even clean) on bed covers. Luckily it was only one 'trial' night for me - would I return - No. (Maybe just in real "emergency" for one night.)

Lift not working. Fortunately only on the 1 st floor . Handy if vacuum available to keep studio clean . Freezer section of fridge hard to open .

We reached just an hour before the checkin and it was raining outside, the folks at the reception told us to go outside in a very derogatory way, saying they dont do early checkin. We were tired from the journey and drenched waiting outside. When I asked the receptionist if they can reconsider, they were rude and passed a ****** comment on my nationality. The room was unclean, almost specific to my room, there were not even a bathroom soap. It was a horrible experience. I would avoid this hotel in the future and recommend others to be careful.

It’s not a full set hotel: no daily room cleaning, which worked fine for us. This makes it much more affordable than similar class hotels. Stayed there on 2 occasions and will go back.

The prices have gone up since the last time - roughly 170€ per night without breakfast and the rooms are not cleaned every day for a stay under 7 days. These rules have changed as I am a regular customer here. I do enjoy the confortable rooms and cleanliness but I may not return.

Property was ok. Elevator was broken. Had to tote luggage up to the fifth floor. Check in was easy. Cabinet for fridge was locked. Staff could be friendlier. Plenty restaurants in area.

Overall it was ok but it didn't have the wow factor and we ended up on the top floor where head room was small and less than ideal.
