Reception is very nice. Only thing that 's no elevator. Breakfast is OK.

I noticed the teamwork of this property was key of success from the check in first touch was excellent fast, efficient, porter help me my luggage brought up to the room, the young ladies reception were exceptionel name Sara and Kay helping me also for my luggage key problem. Breakfast was OK, room is fantastic huge space, bedding perfect, room temperate regulate with warm conditions normal for winter. Parking for the bus also very very convinient behind the hotel, many restaurants scatterd the building and monoprix just around the corner. Location is just perfect with Metro station 5 minutes walk.

I came to Paris for the marathon and stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. It is in a nice quiet neighbourhood very close to the Metro (Anatole France) and still within easy walking distance of the Arc De Triumph which for me was perfect. The room was absolutely fine, basic but very clean. There was coffee and a descent shower, which I needed after the run! Staff were helpful and sorted me out with an adapter. Would stay here again as a base for sightseeing.

The staff was really nice. The rooms were clean, big and pretty. The bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, 10 minutes with a car. In the neighborhood you have cute cafes and restaurants, also a supermarket. Those are all on a 3 minutes walking distance. Overall it was totally worth it, and I definitely recommend

I have a good overall impression of the Mercure hotel chain. Near the Paris airport, there are a few hotels in Little Paris, but this one feels so-so, the rooms are small, the facilities are not surprising, and they are quite satisfactory. It happened to be the two hottest days in Paris. I couldn't stay at home, and it would be too hot without air-conditioning and electric fans. I just want to go to the hotel to avoid it for two days. I think I was deceived by the picture. Because I didn't think about taking pictures at the time, the pictures were taken by me on Google Maps to capture the real and appearance of the hotel. Although the hotel is located in the 17th arrondissement of Little Paris, between the 16th arrondissement and the La Defance business district, the traffic is really inconvenient. By car, if within ten minutes, I have to go around forty to fifty minutes by car. The hotel is an old-fashioned residential building in a residential area. It is difficult to find a parking space if you drive over. The bus and subway are in the convenient network of Little Paris. If you drag large bags and small suitcases, you really need to be patient. It is suitable for taxis to take a taxi to go, just for people who have a place to sleep. As a travel, there are more advantages than this. After that, I took the subway to see Mercure in the other direction from my home. The subway, the supermarket, the transportation and the surroundings are more convenient.

Surrounded by residential areas, it is relatively quiet, there are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, and about 10 minutes walk to the subway station and train station. The front desk service is good and patiently helps us find the right way to travel.

From the moment we arrived and until we left, the staff and customer service was so warm, friendly and helpful. The room had clearly been recently renovated -- everything felt so new, modern and clean and the temperature of the room could be fully controlled. The bedding and room decor gave you the feeling that you were staying at a 5 star hotel. This was further enhanced by the Nuxe bath products and the Palais de The teas offered in the room. We could open our double glazed, French windows for fresh air exactly the way a local actually living in Paris would be able to do, allowing our room to feel more open and spacious. The hotel made it hard to forget that you were in Paris, which is exactly how you want to feel when you are visiting Paris! Loved the artwork in the lobby and breakfast room that made us impatient to visit the Eiffel Tower! We were also impressed with breakfast -- it was much more of an elaborate spread than we expected for a hotel of this size and given health and safety protocols for Covid. The environment felt safe and we appreciated both the healthy choices that were offered (fresh fruit, yogurt, etc.) and the more indulgent French breakfast items (fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, cheese, etc.), along with great coffee and tea selection. Overall, super impressed! Everything about our stay was excellent. Would definitely come back!

Chambre petite mais correcte pour un séjour d'affaires, propre Manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres Le petit déjeuné est sympa : il y a du choix sur du sucré et du salé. Le côté écolo sur les savons en bouteille rechargeable, l'eau qu'on peut prendre en fontaine, c'est super ! Les thés sont sympa (marque palais des thés)

Disappointed in this hotel. Our room had dirty sheets with makeup stains on them. They offered to change them but at that point we were already grossed out. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the room upon arrival and when asked for more they said they didn’t have anymore and had to go buy some. They have a weird policy where you have to leave the key at the front desk when you leave. It made us uncomfortable and for good reason - they don’t check ID’s when you return for your key. The best part was the front desk staff - all were very nice and polite, nothing negative to say about them. Especially Abdel.

Hôtel very well situated in the centre of Levallois, close to the metro (15 minutes to central Paris), shops and local markets. Very clean bedroom and bathroom well maintained. Quiet at night. Very friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast which can be taken in an exterior courtyard. Free coffee, tea and juice all day. In short perfect for our three day stay out of the bustle of central Paris
