環境清潔，服務人員親切，亮點是免費Shuttle Bus，送到車站或碼頭，非常有助於探索五漁村。Levanto 個人覺得是五漁村區域最適合的住宿點，同時兼具火車及渡輪的便利，沒五漁村的人多，沒La Spezia 的庸俗繁雜。

Pleasant hotel, with large rooms, good pool/spa Room was very large, spacious and cleaned daily with a patio. Location was good, a short walk or shuttle ride from train station and town centre/beach. Views of the hills are very picturesque. Shuttle bus is very handy and on call regularly. Pool and spa are very nice, massages available upon request. Breakfast was good, inside or on the patio. Reception service was slow and slightly painful, especially upon arrival and when requesting a taxi, decor was slightly dated, but overall lacked the €500+ per night value for money, didn't really feel like staff went the extra mile to understand their guests unfortunately!

Très bel établissement, très bon service, hôtel calme, quelques minutes à pied de la gare, piscine magnifique (en revanche peu de chaise longue), le restaurant est excellent. Seul bémol la salle de bain n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix de la chambre, très vieillotte et douche peu pratiquable.

È un hotel a 5 stelle a tutti gli effetti: servizio, confort, pulizia, Spa e cibo tutto eccezionale. Il servizio del maitre Giuseppe fa sicuramente la differenza: impeccabile! Ti fa sentire coccolato e a casa. I piatti bellissimi da vedere e buonissimi da mangiare. Purtroppo non ho potuto dare 5 stelle perché la piscina era chiusa per ristrutturazione e questa sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta. Inoltre hanno una cameriera che si fa passare per sorda quando la chiami, mentre tutte le altre sono bravissime e preparate. A parte queste 2 piccole cose risolvibili sicuramente è una struttura unica e la consiglio vivamente.

Le train pour visiter les cinque terre est à 500 à pieds en prenant le raccourci, mais de toute façon l'hôtel met à disposition une navette gratuite. Personnel aux petits soins et très aimable. l'hôtel est parfait ainsi que le restaurant parking à disposition

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet établissement du 1er au 5 Avril, chambre 217. Cet hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs de Levanto, et une navette gratuite, et à la demande, peut vous prendre ou amener à la gare ou à la plage jusqu'à 23h. Il possède également un grand parking. La ville est accessible à pied, relativement facilement, environ 10mn, via un petit chemin pavé pentu. Le lieu est calme et très propre, les chambres extrêmement confortables, et le personnel très accueillant, réactif et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié, beaucoup de choix. Nous n'avons pas essayé le Spa qui est accessible de 13h à 19h, ni le restaurant, mais tout paraissait fort attrayant. En résumé, nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce très bel établissement qui est un point d'entrée pour visiter les Cinque Terre.

Très bel établissement... L'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins, toujours très souriant et bienveillant. Que ce soit à la direction, à l'accueil, le service au restaurant (dejeuner comme diner), il n'y a absolument rien à redire à part "Gracié mille" pour ces moments partagés. Quant à la cuisine, les quelques photos parlent d'elles même. 10/10... Si vous n'avez pas pris la 1/2 pension, prenez quand même le temps d'y dîner, car la table de cet hôtel vaut le déplacement.

Hôtel bien situé, avec parking, cadre agréable, chambre spacieuse avec jolie terrasse avec vue, petit déjeuner "brunch" incroyable, personnel charmant et à l’écoute, en demi-pension, le restaurant est très correct avec un menu entrée, plat, dessert sympa, je recommande.
