Gemma leigh was our server and was a lovely girl. I came for lunch with my mum. Mum had the salmon fillet and new potatoes and I fish and chips. The food is excellent and the service is excellent and efficient.

Booked a two night room only stay. Easy to book direct with hotel and received good price plus 20% off voucher for lunch n dinner. Checkin at 3pm simple. Room spotless with all the usual amenities on hand for room and bathroom. Comfy bed, fab walkin shower. Room warm enough n windows open for air as needed. Ate and drank in bar area. Food was good pub grub with plenty choice. Staff exceptionally friendly, informative and helpful. Shout on for 'Sara'. Will deffo go back and recommend.

From the minute we stepped in the building the staff were superb, attentive but not in your face. The service from ordering drinks and food was excellent, very efficient and friendly, our sever/ waitress Lynne was really good, efficient, friendly and gave us a good run down of the menu, very helpful. The food was fantastic, I had the chicken burger and it’s possibly the best I’ve had, superb. Can’t fault the level of service or the quality of the food, we’ve been here before and will definitely return.

Service was 10/10, Lynne was absolutely fantastic was great at recommending items on the menu and was very helpful at helping me choose. A credit to the restaurant. Food is always brilliant and drinks are reasonably priced. I need to be cautious with allergens and Lynne was brilliant going through items with me

Stayed over night after a week away! Hotel was nice and rooms were very nice! We ate in the hotel in the evening and we had Lyne serving us! She was absolutely amazing! I currently have a cast on my hand due to a fracture and she couldn’t do more to help! Even when I tried to go to the bar to pay she told me to sit down and be comfy and told me should would sort it all for me! She really went above and beyond for us and her customer service skills were amazing throughout our evening! Me and my partner both walked away saying how lovely she was! I can honestly say she is an asset to green king

Family of 6 and meal was fantastic. Service was exceptional. We all had different meals . I had the fajitas and they were delicious. Another family member said steak was as good at Millar and Carter.. Our waitress was named yvonne and her service was exceptional. Very polite and friendly .

My family and I had an excellent experience thanks to Yvonne's fantastic service. The food and drinks were delightful. We will definitely return in the future. In addition to the top-notch service, the ambiance of the place also added to our positive experience. It had a warm and welcoming a**osphere that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

My daughter and grandchildren and I had a lovely meal tonight at the Caledonian. The children played with the activity pack and had a good choice of food. The adult menu was very varied and the service from Lynne was helpful and efficient, with friendly bar staff. Will definitely come back again.

Visited for lunch with family - 4 adults and two children. We were greeted and seated promptly and served in good time. The staff were welcoming and accommodating and offered a great service. The food was excellent. Fresh cooked fish, decent kids portion and the food choice for children was excellent. Activities provided for children to keep them busy too. Will be back 😊
