We travel a lot, but we never met such unpleasant hotel owners. We came to the hotel and said hello, but nobody answered. There was one girl at reception, but she looked like she does not see us. After a few minutes came other women, say no hello, and just asked for the passports. We put them to the reception desk and wait. She did not take our ID cards, she set at the computer and solved another passports and let us wait without any word. We were tired and wanted to go to the room so we asked for the keys. She gave us a room on the 3rd floor so we asked if there is a lift, she said there can not be a lift because it is a historic building. I understand why there is no lift, but don't understand why they are not helpful to bring the luggage to the room. The room smelled of cigarettes, was dusty, non-functional light in the corridor, and an offline fridge with a warm sect :-). The door to the shower was only for small people. When we asked if they have a room with a shower where my partner "fit in", we get no answer. We went for a walk and when we came back to the hotel the owners waited for us and told us that if we don't like it they give us the money back and we can find another accommodation. It was around 22:30! I thought when she started to talk that she wants to offer us another room. It would be a nice hotel after some innovation but with different management.
