This is a wonderful hotel. It is beautifully furnished, maintaining the grace and style of traditional architecture but made modern and extremely comfortable with the latest fixtures and bathrooms. The room was spacious with windows that open and a comfortable bed. Best of all was the delicious food served at the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. The town of Levoca is off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Don't neglect to take a hike to the church on top of the nearby hill for the great vistas.

Clean and comfortable with a good range of breakfast items. The restaurant was also excellent for an evening meal. The town is very quiet but ideally situated to the national parks and there were some great little bars nearby.

Très bel endroit dans une région qui n'est pas encore bien connue, dans une ville historique médiévale Accès facile, parking assuré Hôtel bien sous tout rapport, confortable avec un accueil chaleureux. Calme garanti.

Room overlooking the main square of Levoce, excellent polite staff, lovely kitchen. There are several ancient churches of different denominations in the city. Beautiful architecture and the mountains around it

The hotel served the best breakfast we had in Slovakia. The crew was very helpful and suggested several attractions and recommendations. Its restaurant is also excellent and provides delicious meals throughout the day.

ich empfehle dieses hotel nicht, rezeption war nicht gerade freundlich und hatte vlt. auch einen schlechten tag. kein lächeln, keine freundliche begrüssung, nur einen lätsch im gesicht.. im familienzimmer funktionierte das Telefon auch nicht. die dusche ohne duschvorhang ist auch fraglich, ganzer boden wird nass und die kinder können ausrutschen - wie gesagt, hatten das familienzimmer... auch im restaurant musste man länger warten auf die nachbestellung, 10minuten für ein getränk, da hat man seinen durst längst verloren. auch bei der buchung über *********** wurde auf meine frage im app-chat erst geantwortet, NACHDEM ich ausgecheckt habe...... lustiger verein
