A couple was having a disagreement at 2am in the hallway outside our room with no regard for any of the guests. The ceiling the bathroom flooded from the room above. Not a great stay. Staff although very pleasant did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience.

The room smelled like cat pee, there was blood on the matress, blood specs on the lamp shade, the curtains were ripped, the bathroom was unclean, there were crusy dead beadbugs on the matress, I have pictures. We did not stay and I want a refund. The staff said they would authorize the refund. Please advise

Housekeeping must have rushed or overlooked the microwave and refrigerator because there was a crusty mess in the microwave and the refrigerator had a drink left in it from a previous guest.
The shower didn't look like it has been cleaned/or wiped down either.
Otherwise it was sufficient for a simple one night stay.

Good : Spacious room, extra soap and shampoo in room, room was adequately cleaned. There were a few hot items provided for breakfast and coffee was plentiful.
Bad: One side of bed nearly broken, TV remote didn’t work properly, in room coffee maker broken, hallways excessively dirty. A few undesirables were hanging around the property. This Red Roof allows extended stays which usually means problems. Management does not appear to check behind the housekeepers; a little supervision would have caught simple issues.

Can not say enough to stay far away fom this hotel! Hallway and room smelled so bad it gave us an instant headache and stomach ache! The only good thing I can say about it is that they didn't question at all and just gave us our money back immediately! We had to try find another hotel at 9:00 at night. Very stressful, do not make the same mistake we did!
