I came in late and had to work several hours while in the room. The motel accommodated me by allowing me to stay past the checkout deadline; I also was undecided about staying a second night depending on the requirements of my (business) visit. The staff again accommodated me by allowing me to make a decision at the last possible moment.

The hotel is in a quiet area surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The King Room and the bathroom were both clean and spacious. The bed was comfy. Jeremy at the check-in desk was kind. A snack was offered at 5 PM with yummy fresh cookies. Breakfast had lots of choices and the food was fresh and tasty.

Clean and friendly but . . No one at the desk. Every time we had a question had to get the attention of staff in a back office. We were told pool open but hot tub broken, we came to find out they knew there was no heat in the pool either and too cold to use. Heard them tell new guests it was open. It was part of our planned activities. Breakfast was very good.

I booked travel there for a team (US Gov't. Travel) and charged all of our rooms to the wrong account. Within a few days, Gina (front desk) helped me get all of the charges removed and re-charged to the correct individual accounts for the correct amounts. This fell towards the end of our Fiscal Years so it was extra important to get the numbers and accounts corrected. Thank you!!
