The hotel is clean, fun & service oriented. The staff is the best! Amy, Andy, Jeni, Tyler, Amanda, Gwendolyn, Adrienne, Arlene, Chef Dan, Chris, Joe, Rhonda, Harold, Lane, Ryan, Kobe, Colleen, and all staff treat every customer and pet like family! We stay all the time and they truly make us feel this is our home away from home. Thank you all!

We stayed here on the way to and the way back from Florida. The sitting area has a couch and chair along with a desk and tv. There is a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, microwave and glassware. The king bedroom was roomy and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! All rooms open overlooking the lobby which has beautiful fountains and a glass elevator. They have a nice 5-7pm guest reception with 2 drinks per person and some snacks. We were able to order dinner at the bar. The seating area in the lobby was nice and offered some privacy between tables. The full breakfast included with the room included an amazing variety of foods - especially loved the made-to- order omelettes. The woman making them was also so nice! Each person we spoke to at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when in this area!

Got yelled at in breakfast line. We paid over $200 per night and when my wife did the completely normal thing to ask “Is this the right line to order pancakes?” (There is literally a sign on the counter that says “Pancakes”.) The lady behind the counter literally shouted at my wife, “DOES IT LOOK LIKE I MAKE PANCAKES?!” And proceeded to go off on her for about two minutes about the grave mistake of asking a woman standing behind a “Pancakes” sign if this is the right place to request pancakes. This was in front of about 10 other guests who stood there stunned. Some of them comforted my wife afterward because it was such a bizarre and shocking interaction. We told the front desk and they didn’t really seem to know what to do. So now we’re explaining to our three school age daughters that sometimes people are rude to you for no apparent reason. Lovely way to enjoy the free breakfast at the hotel we paid over $200 per night to stay in.
