We stay at a lot of Hilton Properties, this property by far is the most unclean we have visited. This location is definitely not up to Hilton Standards!

We had to change rooms twice because of faulty heating and the TV not working !!! Ridiculous….

The pool was warm, breakfast was served from 6-10am, which was great for us, the AC worked well, the shower was nice, and it was quiet.

The handicap door exiting the back of the building does not really work. When I tried to get my dates canceled, I called ******* and they finally informed me that the person at the front desk was quick to give them their name. I went to the front desk when I had ******* online and the female that I believe is named Shania where is very rude to me and unwilling to help. The older white male did call the room and apologize for her actions. I went to go get yogurt in the morning for breakfast and both days that I was there towards the end they were completely out. I understand possibly the first day, just that the second day it would seem that they would be able to have something stored to where it should be out and offered. Being that my mom is in a wheelchair the rooms were not very accommodating. Especially the bathroom .
