Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast so/so, good juice, weak coffee.

Great place to stay for a cheap overnight stay. Only crummy part was our door key didn’t work trying to get into our room on the 3rd floor and we had to make multiple trips to the front desk with non working keys before they decided to switch our room. Kinda tiring after a long day of driving. Everything was wonderful other than that. Lots of food options and gas stations around.

My family really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The staff was friendly and the rooms where cozy. We will book again if we go back to Lexington.

The facility was cold and lacking homeyness. There were no pictures on the walls, or plants in the lobby to give it a homey feeling. The space was large, but needs something to make it appealing.
The breakfast lacked any protein at all. It was chock full of carbohydrates. The lady who was manning the breakfast was not friendly at all. She was on her phone the whole time. She stood in the corner behind a wall and played with her phone. She insisted on making my waffle, even though I’ve used that same machine 100 times. When she wasn’t standing in the corner, She would stand right in front of the waffle machine so no one could make their own. Maybe her job was to make the waffles and that’s it, because she did nothing else.
The rooms were clean, and very spacious. The price was right for what we needed.

The room didn’t have many outlets or much lighting for the size of it. Also we were told we couldn’t check in early and then they didn’t honor our late checkout.

All was well except come time to check out there was no luggage carts available and I noticed when I checked in there was only two. In a hotel of this size you would think there would be more than two and the young lady at the front desk didn't seem to care and took NO EFFORT to help me find one. I stayed four nights so I had several pieces of luggage, etc.... and had to make multiple trips carrying it all.
