There was a used condom on the bed my 6 year old daughter and I had to sleep on and the room spelled like spoiled vomit. Extremely displeased & still waiting to hear from management on what they can do to make that experience any better than it was considering i paid full price for a used room with other peoples bodily fluids. Disgusting!&unacceptable

I would never vote with Days inn Wyndham resorts again because they offer a 100% price matching guarantee but failed to tell you that the hotel has the right to tell you no that you're not going to price match it that's false advertisement

I checked into the hotel late on 4/26/24. I was tired from a long day travel and went straight to my room. I noticed that the room smelled like smoke but thought that it was from people smoking outside. The next morning, I looked at the door, and my room was designated a "Smoking" room. I did not request a smoking room, and I am shocked that they still exist. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved. I was told that the hotel was sold out, and that the "online booking" had over-sold the hotel. They had to put other guests into "smoking" rooms and could not move me. At this point, I had a full afternoon scheduled, and was in no position to look for another room - plus I had prepaid for the room. My clothes smelled like smoke, the room (and the hotel) was one of the nastiest places that I have ever stayed. The shower barely worked, the room had cigarette burns in all the furniture (and bathroom toilet seat and counter). And the "light" breakfast consisted of a brown bag containing a breakfast bar and a small bottle of water. The vending machine even took my money - no product!

The hotel was clean , the only thing I had a problem was that the tv was not in service . It was working but all the picture had lines and was told by staff that they were changing cable providers but still it was out for 3 days .

Do not stay here. Yes price is cheap but it’s not worth it at all. Remember you get what you pay for. I heard that my whole life and at this age I already know. This place is dirty and living in the seventies. Unfortunately we thought the “Days Inn” name that we know was still the same. We travel every year twice a year but always fly and stay in all inclusive. First driving trip to Florida in a long time. Please renovate and bring your hotel into 2024 status. I am being honest and will always tell the truth. Giving you a chance now to correct your let down for myself and many other couples and families. Wishing you all the best going forward
