I am generally satisfied
The washbasin was not draining well. Thank you for correcting it immediately. The staff were friendly too.
I go to Kentucky once a year and I think I will use it often.

First time staying in a Hyatt. Very clean I drink decaf coffee. Husband drinks regular coffee. Only one decaf coffee in room. I like flavored coffee so there were no flavored creamers in room When we stay in other hotels they have flavorings in lobby with coffee available at all times so I take them to our room the night before Not available at Hyatt

Convenient for getting on/off I-75 while road tripping. Check-in was quick & easy, accommodations were comfortable and the morning breakfast was very good. Very satisfied with our hotel choice!

Perfect location to many different restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there was a minor issue when I requested a late check out and it was not recorded properly prompting a phone call from the front desk asking why we hadn’t left yet. But that was easily resolved. Everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

It was quiet and clean. Unfortunately the shower has a poor design and the floor gets wet. Otherwise a nice experience!

This Hyatt was more than expected... We popped in while we were passing through to TN. Front Desk Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Very convenient to the interstate and walking distance to Outback Steakhouse and maybe other restaurants. Nice outdoor seating area and pool area although we did not swim. We would definitely stay here again.
