The property was overall very nice. But, the room it self could use a deep clean. Area's like the bathroom door, office chair, and lamp shades were stained and could use some attention.

Manager and Desk Suck. The couple ahead of us had booked a 3:00 pm check in. Their room wasn’t ready. Our daughter booked our room and added us as check in guest before her arrival. They refused to let us in. This place sucks. Also, the lobby is depressing. I’m a Hilton guy, but this place is the worst.

The pool was out of service, the elevator was down for part of the stay and we were on the 4th floor, then no one was present to check us out. So i had to leave the keys and a sticky note. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Wont stay here again!

The staff John was very kind. I couldn't sleep because someone was talking loudly in the elevator hall between 1:00 and 3:00 the night before, so I asked him to change my room the next morning, and he immediately changed me to another room. Thanks to this, I was able to sleep comfortably the next night.

We stayed one night for a basketball tournament, 3/9/24. Check in was great, the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The lobby and rooms were clean. We booked a queen room which had a kitchen area which was perfect when you have kids. I really appreciated the full refrigerator. There was a couch, desk, & chair in the living area which we used the most. The pool area was open and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. They did have waffle makers. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Would be a 5 star except for a few things:
One elevator did not work entire visit. The other elevator worked perfectly, just long waits at times.
Pool was out of service due to maintenence entire trip (one reason for picking this hotel was the indoor pool.)
Staff was excellent.
Cleanliness was excellent.
Breakfast was great.
