Guest beware. Our reservation was not honored upon arrival. We reserved 2 rooms, and they could only find 1 in their system. The staff was rude and offered no assistance in resolving the matter. They failed to even check for a room at their adjoining property. We were forced to find another hotel at a higher price. The next morning we were emailed a bill for the unused room. We returned to the hotel to resolve. Suddenly they found it in their system and tried to blame us. We were referred to the Area Manager for resolution. While initially helpful, he went silent.Bottom line, although a beautiful property, avoid due to poor management and the risk of being standing on their front steps with no room despite the guest’s best efforts.

Staff was unbelievable rude. Check in was 3pm. Never got key code thru app. Had to wait 45 mins due to everybody trying to check in. There was only one person checking people in. Why have keyless checkin if they don’t use it? After checkin, I could not find elevator and the only other staff member in lobby couldn’t speak English. Great hotel, bad staff.

Spent one night and would stay again. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant nearby was delicious.

Great stay in a nice location in Lexington. Convenient to walk to Rupp Arena, and local bars and restaurants. Valet was on the spot at both check in and check out. JoJo, at check in, was getting dumped on (by others) because rooms weren't available prior to posted check in time, due to the hotel being full the previous night. But she told me to check back with her at a specific time, and I did, and my room was ready. She was the best! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Above and beyond. This property always exceeds my expectations. It’s for everything. A great lobby/bar the best M club in the US and a fantastic staff. Oh and it’s also modern and immaculate. The housekeep crew is always very helpful on top of doing a great job. On this visit I needed some out of the ordinary help. Rather than being initiated, Asa, just was persistent and got it done. He didn’t have to, but he did with enthusiasm. Thanks !!!
