This was the worst experience ever. If I could rate it a zero, I would. Check in time is listed as 3 pm and we got an email around 3 saying we could check in. We arrived shortly thereafter and were rudely told our room wasn't ready and we could wait in the lobby (with all our luggage). A nicer staff member told us we could put our luggage in the luggage room and go explore the hotel and that they would rush to get our room ready. When we came back an hour later (so about an hour and 1/2 after check in time), the rude staff member shoved a key at us and said I changed you to a different room. We had specifically requested a corner room to get the views of the city. This was not a corner room and we requested to see the room first before accepting that room. We were told no. We were obviously not happy about this and expressed our unhappiness calmly. The desk clerk started raising her voice at us telling us that it wasn't her fault the room we wanted wasn't ready. My travel partner told her not to raise her voice to customers. At this time the clerk said "I'm not doing this", left to get her manager. Then they brought security out and kicked us out of the hotel. They were trying to push us out the door without our luggage. The security guard literally cussed at us and told us they were going to call the "f....ing police" twice. They wanted us to go outside and wait on our truck in the snow. We waited in a foyer and they locked the door so we couldn't get back into the lobby as if we were criminals. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone based on the absolute worst customer service in the world.
