Shower stopper broken. Couldn’t take a relaxing bath. It was my birthday and went to use the toiletries. The lotion was empty. Shampoo conditioner and body wash was cheap made my hair and skin dry. The Hyatt I thought was the best place in Lexington to stay apparently it has changed.

The hospitality staff of the Hyatt Regency Lexington were exceptional. The facility itself is only ok. As a hotel attached to the Rupp Center in Downtown Lexington it was super convenient since it is connected to the Arena. I did not make use of the hotel’s amenities like the pool or the gym. They do have a hotel shuttle, which other hotels do not. I found that to be one of the biggest advantages to staying here. Overall the hotel could stand a renovation, new carpet, etc. But the hotel staff was what made my stay since they gave me A+ service even though the tell was just ok.

We loved that we could access Rupp internally. Didn't like that the facility ran out of rags/towels. Our room only had one rag and there were three room occupants.

Good location in the city. Conference in process so busy. Room was in need of maintenance ( carpet and dresser) which is unusual for Hyatt Regency. Service was ok. After many years at Hyatt Regencies Not sure we’ll stay at a Hyatt Regency again.

Rooms and bathrooms needs to be updated as they look old. Lobby area is nice. Carpet in room and elevator needs to be updated as it was dirty and old. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My stay was very nice. My room was large and comfortable but I have to say the bathroom was very small. Whoever designed the layout, could have given some extra space to the bathroom and not compromised the room size. Its just weird to have the bathroom door almost hit the toilet when closing the door.
