Easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I had to book the hotel in a pinch when the other hotel I booked through trip.com did not have electricity when I showed up for my stay. The staff and accommodations are excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

This was our 4th visit as we come in from Indiana for Dr appointments. This time we were on the 3rd floor. It was horrible. The noise all night long. Doors slaming people running up and down the hall. Getting on and off the elevator. Then housekeeping started knocking on the door by 8:20 after being told we were still in the room housekeeping knocked 2 more times. Check out isnt until 11am so Im not sure why this started so early.
The girl at the front was understanding but we were told since we booked through a 3rd party so there wasnt anything she could do. We will be back as it is close to the hospital but hopefully we wont be on the 3rd floor. The hotel is clean.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice, hot, and clean. The room was clean and comfy. It’s a good walk to the Rupp Arena/downtown area, but doable. Sidewalks available on the entire walk. We had a great stay!
