Five out of five is largely due to employee, Camden who went over and above to solve a disgusting issue of a soiled mattress in our room: Upon a late check in, I pulled out the sofa sleeper to find that there were no sheets, and the mattress looked like a crime scene. It was filthy! I called Camden at the front desk and he promptly found me a new room AND came to our room to take photos to report the bad conditions. This situation was less than ideal but he solved the problem. I want to publicly thank him and suggest Town place Suites work diligently to correct such problems. The last thing a guest wants to find upon check in is a mess. Thank you.
