Stayed in the 2 bed apartment, you have to reach them via a scruffy car park so first impressions were not good. Apartment was like a student’s accommodation standard not what you would expect for a five star accommodation. Bed was uncomfortable & I also woke to have several bites on my legs. Breakfast wasn’t great for me little to no choice for gluten free allergy so I had the option of scrambled egg! Not even gluten free toast, so I didn’t join my family on the last day of our 3 day stay. Nice view from balcony

This is the nicest hotel I have ever been to. Absolutely gorgeous rooms and views of Lake Como. It is also in a perfect area. The town of Lezzeno is quiet and tourist-free, so relaxing here is super easy, and there is a ferry a 10 minute walk away that will take you to all the popular towns on the lake.
The pool here is stunning and the restaurant is one of the best in the area. The staff were also all genuinely so nice and helpful.
I can't wait to come back.

La oferta es engañosa, tienen un hotel y unos apartamentos, reserve viendo fotos del hotel de lujo, y mi cuarto fue un apartamento austero.
Moverse a bellagio o como es muy complicado, deberian de ofrecer servicio de transporte incluido en el hotel. Un taxi costo 140 euros.
Me intoxique en el restaurante de lujo con un tartar de res.
Por 500 euros la noche es un engaño

Beautiful lakeside hotel with infinity pool and 2 bedroom residences with beach access. The hotel has its own pier so you can get a water taxi to the door. The local ferry stop is a ten-minute walk away. The lakeside beach bar serves cocktails & amazing fresh stone-baked pizzas and salads. Downsides: The only breakfast option is a 25-euro PP breakfast. The beach bar doesn't open until 12pm but it would be great if it could open in the morning for coffee and lighter options. A couple of the older staff were not very hospitable but all the younger team were great

Muy recomendable, estuvimos solo una noche pero fue suficiente para darnos cuenta de su gran calidad. El personal realmente amable, las instalaciones maravillosas, tiene una alberca infinity con agua calientita desde la que se ve el lago. Tiene acceso muy fácil al lago con camas para asolearte y puedes nadar en él de forma muy segura. Tiene estacionamiento y cuesta 20 euros la noche.
En el hotel nos recomendaron un restaurante cercano y por la premura de la reservación nos llevaron en un carrito para que llegáramos a tiempo.
Ofrecen muy buen desayuno con frutas, yogurt, jugos naturales, una variedad de quesos, huevo, y lo mejor: sus croissants!!
Sin duda regresaría a hospedarme.

Beautiful gem on the shore of lake Como - infinity pool and a private beach. The views are incredible! The restaurant in the hotel has a tasting menu which is delicious!
