做為吉彩酒店的忠實客人，在這家酒店入住超過十次，可以説每次來拉薩一定選擇這家酒店 不但因為位置好 最主要是服務好 工作人員都非常熱情，但是這次也是我最後一次選擇這家酒店，給了0.5分實在讓人心痛，感覺這家酒店現在完全不在乎客人，就希望客人趕緊走，可以住下一位，我27號因為飛要晚上9點所以在25號退房的時候就詢問27號是否可以付費延遲退房，答案是可以 26號入住時告知前台，我26號晚上入住告知前台並付款了延遲費用同時確認了鑰匙是否也做好，答案是沒問題，27號就變成了噩夢般的存在，先是11點就打電話給我 問我是否續住，我就已經很詫異，解釋之後，前台表示好的也沒有致歉，我13:50回到酒店詢問前台 前台確一臉的完全不知道，再解釋，然後發現鑰匙也不能用，重新做了鑰匙，我想總歸沒事了，14:50 服務員開始哐哐哐的敲門，問我是不是要續住 這時候我已經在休息 被吵醒，解釋之後，好麼 16:20 服務員再次來哐哐哐的敲門 質問我什麼時候退房 我簡直震驚 你們差這幾分鐘嗎 另外我是付錢了 也不是沒有付錢，時至今日6/30 衹有個什麼前台經理來加我微信 連個電話都沒打過 這家如此不尊重客人的酒店 我再也不回來了 我也會告知我所有朋友和客人都不要再選擇吉彩酒店，你們配不上
