環境和房間都很不錯，自助早餐也很棒，一入住管家Tina就主動加了微信，隨時有事都可以聯繫，服務很周到。
小小的意見就是房間裏的垃圾桶比較少，容量又小，很快就滿了，而且地板估計很久沒抹，穿拖鞋感覺粘糊糊的，氧氣機的聲音有點大。

前台幫我們升級了可以看到布達拉宮的房間，超棒！管家Jack服務特別好，每天幫我們準備水果，酸奶。拉薩太幹了，還幫我們額外準備水。還有西餐廳的一位小姑娘，忘了名字。我有高反時，馬上帶我去醫務室，還陪着我好久。還有醫務室的劉醫生，也超棒。第一時間找到我高反的原因，知道我要去阿里，加了微信，讓我有事和他聯繫！下次來拉薩也會選擇瑞吉
