把車鑰匙交給酒店，酒店有專屬停車場，就是遠一些，取車的時候酒店會派人騎電瓶車帶過去。酒店臨近馬路，過往車輛噪音大，有一些吵。

第一天入住，問登記的前台女士，我是如家會員可不可以免費吃早餐，對方態度傲慢，説如家自己平台訂酒店就可以，攜程上訂的不可以。
後來入住後另一個前台女士説如家會員早上直接過去吃就可以。
兩個前台説法截然不同。
