香格里拉算是拉薩比較高端的五星酒店了！一共入住2晚但不知道為啥攜程衹送了第二天的早餐，前台Danny瞭解了我的困擾後主動給我加送了早餐還給我升級了房型。每個房間都有一台製氧機非常方便至於噪音我感覺其實還是可以忍受（當然有些怕吵的還是會有感覺的），其實對於第一次到拉薩的我還是很有用的，吸氧後氧飽和一下子就上去了。3樓酒廊是可以遠眺布達拉宮的就是遠了點。可能最近已經到旺季了吧早餐廳人非常多體驗感就比較一般了菜品也就內地一般五星標準吃飽沒有問題的。
最後我想給個建議，房間的送餐菜單為啥是全英文的？我知道拉薩可以接待外賓的酒店不多，但是給箇中英文都有的菜單會不會更好一點。

本來預訂的大床房，但是我到店太早了（10:30-11:00），店長給免費升級房型。飲用水、氧氣、水果，都是店家主動給續。到一個城市，衹要有香格里拉，就基本不會選擇其他品牌的酒店哦！

重點：有酒店自帶醫務室，不用擔心半夜發病，治療高反一次780人民幣（無發票）
豪華閣禮遇: 自助晚餐值得推薦，菜色豐富美味，視角很棒，直拍布達拉宮。而且服務員們非常熱情，並且在條件允許的情況下，可以在餐飲上提一些小要求哦

實話實話，高反確實可怕，首次入藏對身體的挑戰還是比較大，入住時感覺走路都是飄的，幸虧禮賓部索朗次仁大哥服務超好，拿水讓座搬行李，還一直送到客房幫着吸上氧，非常感謝。曾住過各地多家香格里拉，拉薩在各方面均很滿意，工作人員普遍都很專業和友善，保潔格桑普尺、前台陳昆、還有好幾位沒記住姓名的員工，服務都很nice。在這海拔最高的香格里拉酒店，一段很好的旅程體驗，必須贊！
