一切順利
暫未有太強烈高反狀態
但的確很難受 需攜帶和攜帶氧氣
目前最開心的就是選擇的這個酒店
服務很好
在沒去之前酒店前台小姐姐小鄧童鞋就電話聯繫問對酒店要求有什麼需求沒 並且加上微信～
在滴答抵達酒店之前就幫忙把房間的供養機器打開了
到酒店之後先是升級了酒店房間，讓我能夠直接看到布達拉宮😆
然後介紹了整個酒店的環境，尤其在缺氧和身體不舒服上，一樓有醫務室可以吊針 吸氧，並且一樓也有 24 小時氧吧室，確保一人的行程過程中不會出現問題😄
整體而言如果一個人來拉薩不用擔心太多，但是前期一定要做好準備，備好葯品，酒店方面香格里拉真的很不錯，畢竟第一次來拉薩建議還是有醫務室，可供養，畢竟拉薩高海拔，一切以身體為主。
最後個人建議千萬別看小紅書坐火車
身體差的人肯定沒到拉薩就已經在火車上病倒了
最後，強烈誇一下小鄧童鞋！！！真的服務太好了！！！

酒店位置就在西藏博物館附近，交通便利，樓層雖然不高，但是可以看到布達拉宮，在拉薩這個地方，各方面都算是不錯的了。

這次去拉薩，在香格里拉酒店住了兩夜，入住時候前台孫鳳超先生就給做了房間升級並贈送了兩份早餐，房間很温馨，備了兩罐氧氣，還有大金的製氧機，衹是製氧機晚上吵了一些，住兩夜晚上用餐也都是在酒店一次香宮，一次晚間自助，保安劉東先生也是盡職盡責。入住是一個很好的體驗，下次來還會繼續入住香格里拉大酒店

來，讓我誇讚一下。
打車到門口，就有一位帥氣的藏族服務生站在我們眼前，積極主動的幫我們接過行李，拿到前台對面的沙發旁，引導我們辦理入住。
為我們辦理入住的是一位戴眼鏡、文質彬彬的男士，言談舉止都令人舒適，為我們升級到了6樓的布達拉宮觀景房。我和孩子們都非常開心。
再來談一談房間，整體佈局和設施就透露着高端大氣，酒店還提供24小時供氧服務，為我們準備了水果。酒店還贈送了孩子們小紀念品，轉經輪。
早餐品種很多，我住過國內外很多五星酒店，可以説香格里拉是純五星水準。
總之，倆字，推薦！
