Excellent service, we are very happy with the hospitality that was offered to us at the hotel. Everything from cleanliness to service to going the extra mile with free floor of mineral bottle, turn down service with fruits and yoghurt etc. Not forgetting the excellent view of the Potala Palace from our rooms as well from the breakfast table truly made our stay a very memorable one.

The first hotel I stayed in Lhasa after entering Tibet. I had booked and changed the booking before, and finally chose this one. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, the security guard quickly came to take my luggage. Because I had severe altitude sickness when I arrived in Lhasa by train that afternoon, I went to the hospital for oxygen before going to the hotel, so someone helped me with my luggage. I am very grateful. The hotel’s housekeeper Xiao Pu also helped me with my luggage and delivered it to the room. He was very patient and detailed about the hotel’s free laundry service, oxygen supply, etc. The hotel is very clean and provides disposable bath towels, disposable towels, toilet covers, etc. every day. The clean clothes are returned the next day. After the room is cleaned, the supplies will be replenished in time. There is a humidifier in the room. The room is also quite large and quiet. A piece of fruit is provided every day. It is very considerate. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this hotel again

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect.
The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help.
The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room.
The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service.
All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

We stayed at this hotel on the night we returned from the tour group.
It's really a surprise. The hotel has a strong ******* style and the surrounding area is quiet and comfortable.
Miss Yang Rong provided warm service. She helped us upgrade our room type and arranged a pick-up service in a Mercedes-Benz!
The hotel coffee bar has a unique flavor, I have fallen in love with sweet tea
I will definitely stay here again when I drive to Lhasa in the future.

I stayed alone, and the room was big enough. Fruits and small cakes were given on the first day. The rest of the time, they collected the garbage and made the bed every day, which was very good. Bottled water was also added every day. There was an oxygen supply machine in the room, and the diffuse oxygen supply alleviated a lot of altitude sickness. The humidifier was not used much, but Tibet is indeed very dry. The air conditioner in the room can heat, so I was not afraid of the cold when taking a shower. It was just that on the last day, I woke up and found a bag of black things in the cabinet. I don’t know if it was put in by the staff. It scared me, but I didn’t care in the end. Anyway, I checked out.

This is my third time in Lhasa and my second time staying in this hotel. The transportation is convenient, there are taxis and shared bicycles at the door of the hotel, and you can walk to the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. Moreover, the lady at the front desk will patiently answer every question. The room at Atour is still clean and hygienic, and the travel experience is great! Like, like, like👍

Traditional ******* style hotel, the surrounding is relatively quiet, so you can sleep well~ It is very close to Barkhor Street, which can be reached by walking for about 10 minutes. There is an oxygen concentrator, air conditioning and heating, and a washing machine. The facilities are quite complete~ The only drawback is that I don’t know if the sewer in our room’s toilet was blocked that day, and the toilet smelled a bit during those two days~ But it is still worth recommending, quiet and convenient!!

With the reasonable price, the hotel is very good. Its location is very convenient to go yo Potala and Bakhor Square. About 10mins walk each way. Overall the hotel is great!

AAnonymous UserI like this homestay so much. I came to Tibet to live in four homestays. I like it the most. The room is very quiet and not noisy at all. The people at the homestay are very friendly and will take the initiative to help carry the luggage upstairs. The room is really clean. Just on the Balang Street, next to the mosque, there are restaurants downstairs, which is more convenient.

HHaikuotiankongdedaxiaojieI renewed my reservation twice, which means I stayed in Saikang for all the seven days in Lhasa. The location is very good, right in the middle of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Ramoche Temple, and Barkhor Street. These attractions can be reached on foot. There is a People's Hospital behind it, so it is convenient to see a doctor in case of severe altitude sickness. The hotel's service, room facilities, and buffet breakfast are all quite good. There is diffuse oxygen supply, which is much better than the oxygen concentrator. There is also a humidifier. The service and buffet breakfast are all good.
The only thing to mention is that I don't know if it is the cleaning staff's lounge or warehouse opposite our door. On the last night, the intermittent talking, answering the phone, and walking in and out were a bit noisy, and I couldn't fall asleep very late. I hope you can pay more attention.
The service staff are usually very hard-working and have a good attitude, so it is still a five-star praise.

LLiangtaiThe room style and hygiene are very good, I recommend staying here. You can make a reservation when you come to Tibet in the future. It is very cost-effective and is located in Baguo Street next to the Jokhang Temple. The service is also very good.

GGuest UserThe location is near Barkhor Street, and the navigation can be found. The staff is friendly and helped to carry the luggage to the fourth floor (there is no elevator, but I think it is acceptable to climb stairs once a day). Quiet, you can sleep well. The bed in the room is clean. The only drawback is that the window faces the corridor, and there is no window grille when it is opened. Although a woman knows that there is CCTV, she is still a little worried (there is no air conditioning in the room), and it is a bit stuffy if the window is not opened... There is a washing machine with laundry detergent on the first floor, and clothes can be dried on the fifth floor, which is very useful for me who has a pile of dirty clothes after returning from Mount Everest. There is a small shop opposite the hotel, and the nearby restaurant can see the Potala Palace, and the food tastes good. It is close to the Jokhang Temple, and it is also convenient to go to the bus station and Ganden Monastery (it’s a bit dark when you go out in the alley early in the morning, just use your mobile phone to light it up, it’s safe). Recommended to stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located not far from Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace, and not on the main road, avoiding the noise of passing vehicles. The room was clean, especially the professionalism and enthusiasm of the housekeeping manager Wang, which made me feel at home, and was also an important reason for me to stay for 4 more days. The housekeeping attendants were also enthusiastic and serious. The only unpleasant thing was the first night of check-in, because the weather in Lhasa was relatively dry and I needed to drink more water, so I asked the housekeeping department to send two more bottles of water at night, but the housekeeping department refused because they had already given two bottles in the afternoon. Two bottles of water are not worth much, but it will chill the hearts of guests staying on the first night. After all, Lhasa is a plateau city, and it takes some adjustment on the first day.

SShiyeThe hotel is very close to the Potala Palace and the Jokhang Temple on Barkhor Street. The location is very good, and the price is very affordable. I traveled to Tibet for 11 days and stayed at his house during the period in Lhasa. The single room only costs about 150, so the price does not matter. The hotel room and location are very cost-effective. I left Tibet today, which coincided with the Mid-Autumn Festival. When I checked out, the boy and girl were very enthusiastic. They not only sent postcards, but also moon cakes and flower cakes. It was really a very good stay experience. I will choose him again when I come to Lhasa in the future. Home. Goodbye Gesanghua

GGuest UserI have to give a thumbs up, the service is great, the room is clean, but the air conditioning temperature in the room is not very high. I told the housekeeping staff, and the housekeeping manager immediately arranged for the waiter to send a heater, and the room temperature rose a lot. Thank you! I will stay at Yinqiao again next time for their service. 😍😍
