前台服務非常好，在大堂等我們到很晚，又給升級了套房。當日氣温衹有幾度，但房間內暖烘烘的，體驗感非常不錯

晚上十一點就沒熱水了，問前台，説是太陽能供熱要對方一會水，半小時後還是冷的。早餐説是供應到十點，9:30下去一看根本沒開，難道是因為淡季客人少？所以不供應了？和前台溝通了，才讓食堂大媽給我們煮了兩碗什麼澆頭都不加的麪條，也算早餐了。問有沒有牛奶，也沒有，後來弄了個沖泡的奶粉糊弄。極差的住宿體驗，上當就一次，下次再也不來了。

這次出行真的是超出我的預期，本來預訂衹是普通房型，酒店知道我們帶了孩子，主動給我們免費升級成親子房，房間裏就有湯池，我們去畢棚溝時，剛好遇到山裡下雪，在山裡打了雪仗，回房間泡個温泉，簡直是人間天堂，停車有專門的指導，讓我這種停車困難的人也感到很安心，到店當天晚上我們選擇在酒店吃的氂牛湯鍋，分量好足，肉質的口感也非常好，酒店還免費送了一大盤水果，好甜，第二天出行爬山，也有人專門在門口我們指揮開車，讓人安全感十足，各個細節都超出我的預算，下次來也會毫不猶豫選擇這家酒店

酒店非常熱情，還在路上就打電話通知我升級了房型，到了以後也十分熱情的接待。
房間非常乾淨舒適，浴巾洗臉巾都是一次性的，還配有私湯浴池，非常適合一家人居住！
一樓餐廳的氂牛肉火鍋也很好吃，分量真的非常足，一個小鍋就夠四個人吃。
整體來説非常滿意，強烈推薦！
