從成都出發，剛出門就發生了一點小狀況，耽誤了三小時，到達賓館入住都是下午近3點了。房間很乾凈衞生，智能聲控讓小孩玩開心。從房間就可望見遠處的雪山，環境設施也可以。早餐一般，送了一點下午茶，小孩到9樓泡了會温泉，也很開心，酒店服務熱情。

優點：裝潢美觀，室內設計簡約時尚，空間大。 缺點：私湯出水太慢，放滿水至少要30分鐘。淋浴間設計不良，門縫會有滲水的狀況。私湯台階過高，內外應該多做一階樓梯。房門沒有防盜門鎖鏈條，安全性薄弱。洗手枱尺寸過小，水龍頭開的大一點，就會噴濺出來。

2016年初住過一次，那時候房間條件比較差，這次看是近兩年重新裝修的，所以選擇入住，結果很不滿意，房間比以前小了，衞生間轉個身都困難，燈光不合理，一開全開，一關全關，性價比差。

非常好，超出預期。房間寬敞、舒適、整潔、靜謐、温度適宜。晚餐味道不錯，衹是牛肉有些欠火。酒店旁邊的龍王海及觀景台遊客很少，早晚住客可以獨享。尤其是龍王海觀景台可以從高處俯瞰龍王海，遠眺雪山，非常愜意。

十一入住的時候門口修路，導航繞着酒店找了很久才找到入口。前台很熱情，還幫我們把行李拿到房間。
