The scenery is amazing, especially during the maple leaf season.
Areas for improvement:
The concierge service is average. The electric car was sent to the villa area and asked us to walk, saying it was very close. They didn't help with the luggage. The same thing happened on the first night. We were supposed to take the luggage car, but the driver insisted that we drive down.
Then the outdoor hot spring view was blocked by the cabinets, which was unreasonable.
