服務：我這個服務差評給的是當天值班的前台，問的時候是含泡温泉票的，來了以後前台就不承認了，説不含，根本就不會解決問題，顧客大老遠跑過來肯定是問清楚了才來的，不然我腦子秀逗開近700公里來你這，然後他們就衹會説沒説過不知道！！難道不應該解決問題麼，大家各退一步，改補一些補一些，態度非常惡劣。
環境：環境還是不錯的，温泉水也是正經温泉，洗了皮膚很好。
衞生：有一説一，除了前台那幾個顯眼包，其他服務人員都真的很好，那幾個前台可能是關係户吧，啥問題不解決，主打一個吵一吵，極度不負責任！

銷售介紹有問題，第一天入住，價格508，第二天續住就漲到600，和當初説法不一樣，體驗特別不好，我們電話溝通入住兩天，價格不變，第二天就説假期漲價，無語，我們衹能入坑，我們是28入住，30離店，酒店也沒有那麼多旅客，欺騙性太大
