麻雀雖小五臟俱全。乾淨衞生，老闆人也很好，位置非常便利，出門就有餐館和小吃店飲品店。去哪兒都方便，梁河到處也有電動車可以掃。看似臨街，但實際會稍微往裡幾步，所以晚上也根本不吵，無需擔憂。院子裏還能停車。不過個人住的204床內側牆上有小螞蟻排隊，建議店家驅驅蟲。或者前台放個驅蟲劑，半夜下來衹有蚊香不太管用

圖一是房間配的凳子。
圖二是床頭死角沒打掃的煙頭，我本人不抽煙。
圖三是提供了用過的蚊香，但是沒有提供打火機。
然後整個房間聞一股黴味，睡到半夜，醒了，都考慮要不要半夜去車上睡。

130元的房間，大家看看照片值得嗎？非常臟兮兮，對不起梁河公寓的名字，被褥上面還有鼻涕口痰的印子，讓老闆給換了，儘管還是很破舊的被單，錢都交了，沒辦法穿上衣服睡，湊合了一晚，房間裏各種設施陳舊不堪，反正我是不推薦你們住，不怕的就來。

設施老化，隔音差，門上的鎖是爛的！！！晚上不反鎖，直接有一個男的沖進來，這對一個女孩來説多麼危險。廁所味道特別大，價格與環境不符。
