房間那沙發都有黴點！中轉車放行李的地方搜沒，幫忙拿行李的都沒，還主動問了你們幫忙搬行李的都沒嗎，還是無動於衷，下雨天那司機就看着你。。。泡池很多樹葉，攜程麻煩你們靠譜點，這麼垃圾的酒店還好意思推薦！

節假日入住，一晚900+，賊貴！（沒有住過就看看吧）主要是服務，設施對不起這個價。當天辦理完入住，一行人還得坐電瓶車下去前排木屋那邊因為朋友那間房門卡一直打不開，故找到一個服務員説明情況，然服務員説要去找前台。我們就要求她看能不能讓前台拿個新卡過來，服務員可能也是有情緒了，當著我們麪打電話告知前台，説客人要求一定要把卡拿下來才完事，怎麼樣怎麼樣的！拜託，是你們自己操作不當導致門打不開的好吧！而且第一次去也沒經驗，去主棟樓前台還得叫電瓶車，走路還得幾分鐘，還暗摸摸的！然後忘憂閣的房間設施陳舊了，裏面竟然沒個桌子和椅子，衹有兩張鐵架子的沙發，要泡個茶聊聊天都很尷尬，房間也不大。房間自帶的池子，堵水的蓋子上面綁有一塊木頭，木頭一翻過來全是密密麻麻的小蟲子，由於整個廁所的燈都比較昏暗，本來燒了一壺水想説燙一下吧，後來想想算了，不敢給小孩下去池子玩！至於室外的温泉，有的池子的水沒有很乾凈，燈光一照水裡全是臟的，可能也是晚上了，來的晚了的原因！
