這兩天連續住在柏港大酒店始終有一種賓至
如歸家的感覺，讓人留戀忘返。酒店大堂及客房豪華大氣一塵不染。酒店上下服務人員素質教育培訓做的好，對所有客人都充滿發自內心的甜美微笑，有需必到，時時刻刻為我們提供着高品質的服務。酒店的早餐和晚餐獨具特色，品種特別豐盛，味道十分可口，我們最喜歡吃他家的陽春麪和豆腐鍋貼，八寶粥，青菜粥。眼看端午節就要到了，酒店的張總和餐廳部的王麗經理特意從家裡帶來了香糯粽子和鴨蛋雞蛋讓我們品嚐，真是很感動。酒店內晚餐的澳門豆撈火鍋和清蒸海魚也讓我們一飽口福，期間優秀服務員劉迪為我們提供了熱情周到服務。臨別時酒店王總張總王麗經理親自到門口為我們送行，還給我們特意贈送了家鄉的特產，就像家人一樣的親切暖心。我們都是普通退休的長者，得到了酒店的領導和員工們對我們如此盛情接待，真是令人感動不已！這是一次愉快的體驗，讓我們實實在在感受了連雲港柏港大酒店高品質＂以人為本＂的管理服務理念。
