Very clean. Excellent value for the price. Quiet and comfortable. I really appreciate having a fan in the room, I like to sleep with a fan moving air through the room. Very freindly owners/operators.

Not terrible and pretty cheap rate. Beware they have a $15 pet fee not mentioned anywhere I saw. Room was really tired looking, with a very noisy toilet, some adhoc electric plugs that sire didn't look safe. Cleanliness was maybe average and I honestly had that "am I getting attacked by bugs" feeling while I was trying to go to sleep... Not the orm for me and for reference I spend lots of nights annually sleeping in tents or cowboy camping as a backpacking Guide. I'll probably try somewhere else if I roll through town again.
