I love staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, but the check-in person was less than friendly. We had no soap in our room. The TV did not work and the front desk really could have cared less. Despite the fact that ******* lists a pet fee is $50, we got charged $75. This hotel needs some work and I’m surprised that they charge the rate they charge for this hotel. It is not worth it!

I reserved a handicapped room and was disappointed to find that it had a tub shower and only one grab bar. There was a walk in shower but the room only had one king bed which didn’t work for us. The pool area had a fantastic handicapped shower but the tile floor was too slippery.
