Fint hotell, veldig god og innholdsrik frokost, rent og ordentlig rom/leilighet. Manglet ingenting.
Men det var vanskelig å forstå hvilket rom vi hadde og hvordan vi skulle sjekke ut. Vi fikk ikke svar på noen av kontaktnumrene noen av gangene vi ringte. Men rengjøringsdamen hjalp oss.

great coffee machine and a little treat on arrival. The breakfast is really excellent (I would just like scrambled eggs, beans and bacon). in only a few hotels you can find fresh juice that you can make. Sweet breakfast waffle croissant...

Very clean, fantastic breakfast by Lucia. Quick and efficient check-in by Marek. Comfy bed, fluffy pillows. Great base for exploring Liberec. Close to Jested and withon walking distance to town. Great!

We were happy with Robert, Monika and Lucie. They served us very well and kind. Our rooms were awesome, it had everything I needed. There was tv, great bed, desk and a small kitchen with oven and many great things. We were happy to be here.

It was easy to get to and to find. Check in was a huge pain though. It’s all e-checkin and there’s no receptionist there. So when our credit card wasn’t recognized by the hotel we had to drive to another of their hotels to complete check-in. Thankfully the person who runs their restaurant was there and he was so helpful.
