It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages in addition to Czech and English. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area.

A unique place to say the least. The decor throughout the hotel says relaxation and fun. Wellness Hotel Babylon delivers on all this from the rooms, to the wellness center, to the Aquapark and other entertainment. However, there were two things we wish we knew ahead of time. One, the wellness section bans bathing suits. Everyone is given a sheet to cover up when walking from sauna to hottub or throuout the area. Inside those attractions, full nudity is often experienced. We didn't mind this. It was just unexpected. The other helpful hint we wish we knew ahead of time was to book massages and other therapies well in advance of the reservation. If you show up without booking well ahead, you will be left out, as we were.

A place for a short stay of 3-4 days is OK, but then you notice more and more of its disadvantages. There are so many attractions and entertainment for children that it's hard to visit everything in 3 days, and in this respect it's great. The rooms are quite old, but clean and comfortable. The Spa area was so-so, I had a massage, the lady had such wounds on her hands and even though she was wearing gloves, it was terrible and I didn't go for a second massage. The buffet is large and everyone will find something for themselves, but after two days you start to notice the disadvantages. Hot meals are served without descriptions and mixed like in a cheap milk bar, there was a lack of fresh bread, and one day someone served fries from the previous day. The lack of aesthetics and quality of food started to bother us after 2 days and I was glad that the stay was over. The animation lady was a mistake, she was just there to keep an eye on things, I went to the bar to get some water and I came back and the child was alone, the lady had her computer open and was studying in the meantime or she wasn't there. The ladies at the reception do not respond to greetings or inquiries in Polish, English or German. The security guards are very nice and helpful, the entertainment staff are also very polite. The facility is large, nicely decorated and even has its own mini zoo and restaurants. A paradise for children for up to 3 days.
