I was pleasantly surprised. In all the times I've been to Cincinnati for my kids' sporting events, I've never stayed in this area. The hotel was clean, the 2nd floor was a great area for the team to gather after a long day of games, and our room was very cozy. I love hotels w/ hardwood floors! All hotels need to remove the carpet, lol! The suitcase/bag storage in the room was very creative and much appreciated when traveling with my family of four. The double shower heads and clean bathroom are ALWAYS at the top of my list. Having the restaurants and food choices within walking distance also made everything super convenient. The staff was nice and the parking wasn't too bad. I will return to this hotel during my next trip back to the Cinci area for games. That weekend also happened to be a great weekend weather-wise. The view of the sunset and the skyline from the upper floors was beautiful!

Outside the room, you could see the heating unit it was super loud and every 30 minutes would get really loud and the room would shake felt like a train was coming through our room could not sleep and there was never anybody at the front desk working nowhere to be found was The staff

Very modern, beautiful hotel. The staff was outstanding, very helpful, courteous. It is in an area that is a “Live, work, eat, play” concept. Good restaurants, shopping, boutiques, movie theater. All within walking distance.

Overall the day was great. The room was clean and spacious. The only complaints are that we faced the rear of the building over looking the A/C on the roof and the beds were on wheels and really loud ;)
