作為荔波縣城最好的酒店，提供的服務和環境真的沒有那麼好。有接送去高鐵站的服務，但我明明要去高鐵站。登記成去小七孔東門！！！差點趕不上高鐵。房間小，我定的江景大床房，實際大小衹有20多平，不到30平，想申請換大的，被告知除了套房，就衹有那麼大的了。
晚上睡覺前，被子上有衹小飛蟲，那時寶寶剛好在床上睡。
去前台拿礦泉水，前台説，一般一個房間衹提供4瓶。最好我説這樣不合理，其他酒店礦泉水都不限量，我們有小孩，需要煮水泡奶等，最後才給我們。
