非常貼心的服務！特別適合帶着孩子和長者！靠近小氣孔古橋很方便！酒店提供接送服務，特別的貼心！當天由於遊客人數太多遇到臨時管制道路封閉，店家協助解決！
若要有什麼建議，希望早餐能夠品種豐富些，住宿隔音更好些！

酒店應該是大小七孔景區的最佳選擇了，地理位置絕佳，離小七孔橋走走2分鐘，而且可以在景區開放前提前享用，走到拉雅瀑布、68級瀑布都不遠，到觀光車上車點去大七孔景區也很方便。酒店服務很好，前台小哥很熱情，對於如何遊玩給了很多建議，司機覃師傅也特別好，一直車接車送，從無怨言。無論是自己還是朋友，都強烈建議來這裏住住，絕對不後悔。

服務態度很好，到了東門會來接，晚上出去吃飯玩的比較晚，也會來接，還會幫忙送行李到門口。環境也可以，最主要是可以大早上起來一個人欣賞小七孔的美景，離小七孔很近。
