jolie maison, mais le ménage ne doit pas être fait souvent, en ouvrant le lit, je constate du linge non repassé qui me fait douter du lavage, heureusement que cela sentait la lessive, je déconseille pour les gens qui aiment des logements propres. Le pain était très bon, les pots de confiture communs à tous, berk

Réservation de la chambre par téléphone 4 jours avant. J'arrive vers 17h45 et là, portail fermé... La sonnette ne fonctionne pas... Appel au propriétaire, pas de réponse...message... Après 20 min d'attente sans que rien ne se passe, je quitte mes lieux afin de chercher un autre hôtel... J'attends toujours que le propriétaire me contacte... En déplacement professionnel, j'ai autre chose à faire que de chercher un nouvel hôtel après une journée de boulot ! Passez votre chemin, ce n'est pas un professionnel de l'hôtellerie.

Our advice is stay away from 'Le logis de L'épinette' in Libourne, Bordeaux. Unreliable and evidently out of service. ********** will probably ignore any complaints, and not refund prepaid money. On our arrival an afternoon last year, the gate was locked, nobody came to open, and nobody answered the phone no. given us. A staying 'guest' provided tlf.number to 'Rachid', supposedly in charge - who claimed his business with ********** was terminated. Tenants on the premised indicated all roms were occupied for long term rental. (Luckily we were able to get a nice room with good service, late at night at 'Hotel de la Tour', vieux port, Libourne) As we already had prepaid some 75 € for the night, we called **********, customer service, first thing at office hours to get our money back. A lady promised to check things up and call back. Days passed... nothing. After a while we repeated our refund claim via the chat column. Status: No room, No refund, No reply and... No reviews on the website for 'Logis de L'épinette, Libourne - since spring 2021. P.J.Moe &fam. Norway
