Absolutes Desaster! Das zuständige Management würde ich sofort feuern! 3 Erwachsene wurden in ein Standard-Doppelzimmer (max. 18m2) mit zusätzlichem Klappbett gelegt (lt. HP wird eine solche Buchung gar nicht angenommen. Die Zimmer wurden tw. nicht richtig gereinigt (Bad, Trinkgläser etc). Es gibt keinen Personenlift, nur im Haupthaus. In den Gängen, Gemeinschaftsräumen wie Frühstückraum etc war die Klimaanlage nicht eingeschaltet, somit stank alles nach abgestandener Luft.€ 19,00/Person für das Frühstück sind meines Erachtens eine Abzocke: Espressomaschine war kaputt, Tabletts wird nach 8.30 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt, die Brötchen und der Kuchen vom Vortag....Gesamteindruck: Kategorie Jugendherberge und KEINE 4 Sterne.

Leider ist dieses Hotel eher eine Jugendherberge, als ein richtiges Hotel. Nicht nur die Bar schließt um 22.00 Uhr, sondern auch gleich die ganze Lobby und man wird ins Bett geschickt. Das Frühstück ist extrem einfach und man darf sich den Tisch selber eindecken … zumindest muss man nicht noch selbst abräumen. Zimmer sind einfach aber ok. Ich kann hier nur abraten.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und hell mit guter Aussicht. Leider war die Reinigung nicht gründlich(Haare im Bad) und das Zustellbett wurde vergessen vorzubereiten. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind bequem aber überzogen teuer (7,50€/Nacht). Alles in allem ist es sehr ruhig aber hat auch seinen Preis.

Hotel liegt direkt am Schlosspark, sehr idylisch aber weit ausserhalb der Stadt Chemnitz. Die Zimmer sind auf mehrere Häuser verteilt, lange Wege!
Ab 22:00 Uhr sind leider keine Getränke mehr zu bekommen, da die Automaten im abgesperrten Bereich stehen. Aussicht und Lage sind toll für Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Auch für Seminare sehr gut geeignet.

I'm more then thankfull for flexibility by hotel crew. Braekfast was delicious, everyone will find an own taste because od a big choise. I really enjoyed to be at this hotel.
