八月到利川避暑，選擇了這家民宿。小姐姐很熱情，前一天房客退房後立馬給我們打掃乾淨，方便我們下車後即可到店入住。
📍附近就是龍船天街商場，有吃飯的地方有電影院有非遺小吃美食街，晚上很熱鬧也很涼快。離騰龍洞不遠，打車過去十幾分鍾，很方便。
🛏有廚房有窗户，可以做飯也可以洗衣服曬衣服，可以曬衣服這一點很棒！衞生間有點小，但衞浴設施類都是用的很好的牌子。沐浴露洗髮露也都是家用還比較好的牌子，用的放心，點贊！
🙋房東推薦的兩家吃飯的地方很不錯，很符合年輕人的口味，在利川待了兩天，就吃了這兩家店，很滿意，感謝小姐姐～

家裡兩位長者從武漢出發到利川悠家民宿1304入住，房東超級好，不僅開車到火車站接送，還接長者家吃了頓飯，讓長者有回家的温馨感，房間乾乾淨淨，設施齊全，可做飯，非常舒適，下次來利川一定首選這裏

交通太方便，高鐵、高速，門口就是龍船天街，吃喝玩兒樂都好近，也不吵不鬧。房間裏整潔乾淨，下次一定還來住。
