不愧是利川最好的民宿，店長是位吳姓帥哥，還沒到店就打電話來詢問到店時間，由於是淡季我又到得晚，有店長提醒早點預約了晚餐，不然晚上還要抹黑出去吃，基礎房都是一室一廳，水壓布草都OK，兩個台盆，一個非常大的泡池，店長還帶我們去逛了馬鞭草園、老街和人工湖，離騰龍洞30分鐘路程，夏天來度假一定非常棒！再次給吳店長的熱情服務點贊！

第一次跟閨蜜一起來利川玩，看見之前有朋友住過這家民宿，剛好看見有活動，就定了一晚。總體感覺可以，晚上睡覺前泡個湯，很舒服。聽説這邊是避暑的，夏天有機會一定來試試。

這個酒店看價格860多，看名字花築奢利川凡舍匠心温泉民宿想來是高端酒店，其實到了才發現沒有高檔酒店的外形和實質，温泉是燒的所謂山泉水，再勾兑出來，是不是山泉還有待考證，內部裝修和維護一般，部分設施老舊，衣櫃有黴跡，馬桶有污損，尤其是當天衹有我們一家住在這裏，客户居然還出現三番五次的跳閘，服務方面衹有一個工作人員，廚師是臨時工。雖然工作人員態度很好，但服務精細度和規範化差距不小，衹能算是一個高檔一些的民宿而已。對於價格高，工作人員解釋説的是成本高，但對於旅客而言，不是以成本去衡量，而是看是否物有所值，總之感覺這種酒店旺季怎麼定價不好評價，但自己都説的是淡季，還好意思訂這麼高的價格，而且衹能在確認後三十分鐘取消，讓你即使不滿意也無可賴何。極不推薦淡季去，性價比極低。

房間挺好，原生態。適合家庭親子娛樂休閑。
環境：好。門口有個湖，可以盪起雙槳
衞生：較好，相對民宿來説，整體比較乾淨。
設施：較好，部分設施（櫃子、門把手等）比較老舊。私湯泡池比較好，適合家庭親子玩水。
服務：好。提前諮詢訂飯，升級房間等。

酒店周圍環境非常棒～依山傍水風水極佳，出門10步就是一座湖～房間乾淨整潔，配套設施很好，衞生很棒，地處三山環繞之中外部古典民俗的建築風格比較靜謐高雅，老闆人非常熱情，後廚燒的一手好菜，後院高台的無邊泳池相當Nice。
這還一個非常好值得推薦的民宿，下次來利川還來這裏。

挺好的民宿，離龍船水鄉很進，出來不多遠就有個小鎮，吃的喝的都有，以前的影視城，非遺街都荒廢了，但是民宿這條路挺有意思。工作人員都很熱情，臨走還送了當地特產給我們，温泉也不錯哦！
