Albergo incantevole posto fronte mare con piscina grande e pulitissima. Dalla piscina si accede alla spiaggia. Il mare sempre limpido e la sera regala un tramonto "mozzafiato"! Il personale gentile e professionale. Ottima la cucina. Gli animatori simpaticissimi. Viviana sempre attenta affinché il soggiorno degli ospiti risulti perfetto! Lo consiglio vivamente.

Buonasera Mia figlia per errore ha prenotato tramite Booking una notte in questo hotel. Appena mi sono accorto dell’accaduto ho subito chiamato la struttura, ho spiegato tutto al personale che mi ha risposto che la loro politica non prevede il rimborso. Non credo che una struttura alberghiera abbia bisogno dei miei 120€(per errore) . La risposta è stata: se accontento te devo accontentare tutti quelli che non abbiamo rimborsato E NE VANNO PURE FIERI! Tutto ciò mi fa pensare che vivono conquesti espedienti in collaborazione con Booking .

What a wonderful friendly hotel. My husband and I were on a cruise when unfortunately he suffered a massive heart attack. We were taken off the ship in Taranto and he was taken to hospital. I was then alone in an unfamiliar city knowing nobody. The taxi driver that i was given by P&O recommended this hotel and i will be eternally grateful for this recommendation. The staff are absolutely fantastic and helped me so much through this difficult time...i will NEVER forget their kindness. Although i was alone until my husband was allowed out of hospital i was made to feel like i was part of the family. When my husband returned he was treated like a 'celebrity' and loved his stay despite the circumstances. No words can ever describe how wonderful this hotel and staff are and if we are ever back in this area it will be this hotel we go to. 10/1 0 for service, staff, cleanliness, ambience, food. They say in life you meet people that you will never forget due to their kindness and the staff at this hotel certainly will be with me forever. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds, small fridge with bottles water, TV. Hot shower, nice soft white towels. A/C does not work well. We slept with balcony door open all night for cool air and to listen to the surf. Elevators. Good breakfast. Low ramp to bring suitcases in and out of hotel. Hotel is on a beach. Has a large swimming pool.

The lady at the reception is very very friendly, the hotel is a little out of town, you park the car behind the hotel fence and it is safe.
Positive opinion about the hotel, considering where you are in the south of Italy.
If I can ever return to the city of Taranto I will sleep again in this hotel.

Arrived to be advised that hotel air-conditioning NOT functioning on a day with temperatures well over 30c. I did NOT accept offer to stay in room away from sun with fans. Front manager cancelled my reservation, and provided cancellation number. Have tried multiple times through ********** who take NO responsibility who say Hotel mgmt. refuses to even acknowledge their request for refund.
Can only say that thieves run this hotel (and my first review in years of using **********)

Das Zimmer war recht spartanisch eingerichtet was aber nicht wirklich störte.
Jedoch erwarte ich von einem 4* Hotel in Sachen Sauberkeit etwas mehr. (Badezimmer Reste des Vorgängers). Desweiteren waren die Balkontüren recht bescheiden zu öffnen und der Balkon über meinem sah von unten auch nicht mehr so stabil aus.
Das "Frühstück" war mehr als wenig und am Ende servierte man ein gekochtes Ei vom Vortag ein Orangensaft im Plastikbecher und ein sehr leckeres Croissant.
