Amazing hotel!! After reading previous reviews on Tripadvisor we decided that this was for us and we were not disappointed. First the staff are so accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. They looked after us so well. Rooms are spotless maybe a larger shower would be good but we managed easily enough. Food is as per other reviews a delight. Varied and tasty and cooked with love. I have to give a special mention to Grazia and her Mom for the attention they gave to my wife whilst she had problems with her leg. A big thank you guys it meant so much. Thank you Salvatore and the team for giving us the best experience.

This hotel is a little gem. Our bedroom (room 101) overlooked the garden with a small balcony and a large walk-in shower which suited our needs very well. We were half board and the food was top class. Dinner is waiter served at 7.30 pm and you choose from a selection the night before and I can honestly say that it is worthy of 5 stars especially the hors d'oeuvre first course which is presented beautifully. There is ample choice on the buffet at breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, yoghurt, croissants, toast etc. We stayed for one week from 18th May 2024 and this family run hotel was a delight.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiiday at this fantastic hotel. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the staff work tirelessly to ensure that your stay is top class. The food is exceptional, beautifully cooked, very tasty and wonderfully presented. Meal times were like eating in a top class restaurant every night. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so memorable.

What a great place! The owners and staff were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is immaculate. The evening dinner is 5* and different every evening. The location is just perfect for visiting Florence, Pisa, Lucca and other local areas. Everyone happily helped us with buses and trains, all of which were regular and on time! (Happily, when we visited we were the youngest guests (50+) 😊) This is a great place to base a holiday with fab food thrown in. Highly recommend.

We stayed a week at Hotel Fortunella Salvatori & Grace, where excellent hosts they were very helpful with bus & train directions etc nothing was too much trouble The accommodation was nice we had a Room in the annexe of the hotel in the garden area G floor We stayed HB The evening meals where excellent the father was the chef We couldn't fault the food 4 courses each evening Breakfast was nice too with Scrammbled egg bacon yoghurt fruit bread cheese coffee tea etc I can highly recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel. Excellent dinner, very well presented. Very clean and tidy, and a good location for getting around to Pisa, Florence etc. Even had a lift to the train station from the owner when our taxi didn't arrive and we were pushed for time !

Wonderful! The staff were so friendly and helpful and really personalised our stay. The hotel was immaculately clean and served fantastic food. The location is perfect for visiting local areas and the staff are knowledgeable about the best ways to travel to each area and happily helped us with buses and trains, both of which were regular and on time! The local beach is a few minutes walk away, the hotel can help with choosing a beach club to use or there are areas of public beach that are free. This is a wonderful family run hotel that we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

We have recently returned from a a week's holiday at this fantastic hotel. The hotel is in a good position with only a short walk from the promenade. This is a family run hotel all the staff are helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We had a lovely room overlooking the garden, the housekeeping was excellent the towels were changed daily and everywhere was spotless. There is a safe and a fridge in the rooms free of charge. We were assigned a table for the week which is good as you do not have to look for tables, there is a good choice of food which was delicious and plentiful there is also a good choice of wines. We had a great holiday at this lovely hotel

We have just come back from spending a week at this wonderful hotel. We came back totally relaxed and wanting to go back as soon as possible. The rooms have everything you would need and are cleaned daily. We had a lovely view of the mountains from our balcony and every morning that would be the first thing I did, open the shutters to see them. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you, they are all working so hard. Now to the food, what can I say apart from absolutely amazing!!!! The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious cheeses and cold meats. My husband loved the scrambled eggs and bacon in the morning. The evening meal was the highlight, four courses of the most wonderful food I have ever eaten and the service was impeccable. Close to all public transport, we were able to visit Pisa, Lucca and Cinque Terra. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.
